Terrible Customer Service Our boxes never even showed up. I guess they get asked for refunds a lot bc I found a very unusual refund policy when I searched for details about how how resolve this on their website. Brandable refused to reship or refund our product and instead filed a claim with FedEx that we were never able to follow up on because we did not ship the product. I've repeatedly asked for an update and never received one. There are better companies out there for this - choose one of them instead.

Brandable Box is a Complete Scam Website Complete scam website. All the reviews on their website are fake and they create them themselves internally. I ordered boxes over a month ago. After they did't ship within 10 days I emailed them just to follow up and see what was going on. They couldn't provide any actual specifics regarding my order status but did say within the month they would be completed. I patiently waited AN ENTIRE MONTH. Still heard nothing or saw any updates. I then email them again to just follow up. Same exact thing, couldn't provide any actual specifics and just told me to keep waiting. This company literally just takes customers money and doesn't ship their products. I don't want to see anyone else lied to, mislead or victimized by this companies lies anymore. After commenting this truth on their social media pages they blocked me and deleted my comments. They are all around max level shady

Why charge for a digital proof that we… Why charge for a digital proof that we aren't allowed to make any edits to? The proof didn't even reflect the customizations I asked for. I hope the actual prints do but I really do not understand this up-charge and I've never worked with a printer who does not allow customers to approve artwork before printing so this is a huge red flag.

Literally the worst printing and… Literally the worst printing and customer service ever! The printing on my boxes was ridiculously crooked...like... so crooked that they weren’t salvageable. I contacted customer service and the best they would do is offer a 50% refund after ignoring me for a week! Not only was the printing of my logo grossly unaligned, but they also sent me an entire bundle of someone else’s boxes and one of mine on top! Do not waste your money or time dealing with these crooks.

Ordered our company logo on a small… Ordered our company logo on a small size box. Outstanding quality for the price we paid. We were looking to use these to ship hardware on our large scale job. Definitely will hold the nuts, bolts or steel plates that we typically use. Will order again in the future. The only drawback so far is ordering 2 sided boxes will place logo on the face next to the first. In my opinion I would have wanted it to be placed on opposite sides not side by side. I was also pleasantly surprised how well the gradient on my logo came out. If color is critical you should use the color chart they show on their FAQ/website. In our case we lucked out and it turned out perfect. 10/10 will order again.
