Ordered our company logo on a small… Ordered our company logo on a small size box. Outstanding quality for the price we paid. We were looking to use these to ship hardware on our large scale job. Definitely will hold the nuts, bolts or steel plates that we typically use. Will order again in the future. The only drawback so far is ordering 2 sided boxes will place logo on the face next to the first. In my opinion I would have wanted it to be placed on opposite sides not side by side. I was also pleasantly surprised how well the gradient on my logo came out. If color is critical you should use the color chart they show on their FAQ/website. In our case we lucked out and it turned out perfect. 10/10 will order again.

Horrible Work No Accountability To start I ordered five different box sizes. When I received my shipment some of the boxes appeared darker than others, the ink wasn’t consistent on the boxes, and many of the boxes had patchy ink jobs. I spoke to customer service and they told me that quality control department said that the job printed correct and that they would not be issuing any credits or replacements. I find it extremely disrespectful and unprofessional that they expect for people to receive a horrible print job and not take responsibility of it.

unhappy with delivery and product cleanliness I was sent an email that said my shipment would arrive via FEDEX, but then got a call from a freight driver that he was 10 minutes away, and I was on the way out the door to make a delivery. Very inconvenient, and made me late for my customer who was on a tight time line. Also, I had to unload the pallet quickly, and one of my bundles was half empty; and lots of the others were "dirty" on top. The plastic used to wrap my pallet was mostly torn off on the whole top area.

Almost Perfect Great boxes - amazing prices. Notes: 2-Sided print prints on adjacent sides versus opposing sides. Also, a smaller box would be advantageous for shippers trying to take advantage of dimensional pricing.
