GBOrdered our company logo on a small… Ordered our company logo on a small size box. Outstanding quality for the price we paid. We were looking to use these to ship hardware on our large scale job. Definitely will hold the nuts, bolts or steel plates that we typically use. Will order again in the future. The only drawback so far is ordering 2 sided boxes will place logo on the face next to the first. In my opinion I would have wanted it to be placed on opposite sides not side by side. I was also pleasantly surprised how well the gradient on my logo came out. If color is critical you should use the color chart they show on their FAQ/website. In our case we lucked out and it turned out perfect. 10/10 will order again.

GBHorrible Sounding the trumpet here, 30% + 1-star reviews and I’m surprised it’s not significantly higher. No contact number listed and their refund policy is worded in a way that makes the customer always wrong. Ordered our business print on boxes. Received them and the quality was horrible. The color was faded to the point that font was unrecognizable and would be embarrassing to use. Pricing, for what they provide is obnoxious. Go buy yourself some corrugated boxes for half the price and put stickers on them. You’ll still see 20% savings. Customer service is horrible. Repeatedly blamed us for “using the wrong color”. Would not honor replacement or refund, instead they offered “10% off next order.” Please, please do not sign yourself up for this mess of a business. Here’s your report card, Brandable Boxes, Product quality: F Customer service: F- Pricing: D

GBWhy charge for a digital proof that we… Why charge for a digital proof that we aren't allowed to make any edits to? The proof didn't even reflect the customizations I asked for. I hope the actual prints do but I really do not understand this up-charge and I've never worked with a printer who does not allow customers to approve artwork before printing so this is a huge red flag.

GBEmailing isn’t always the way to go Emailing isn’t always the way to go . Having people call to work with their customers should be a new approach. I emailed once I placed my order to make a minor change and was unsuccessful to do so and by the time I asked for a Manager/Supervisor I received an email Saying “My order has been shipped”. I didn’t want to go through the process of canceling my order and waiting for a refund to order again for a $1 change to be exact . Hopefully my boxes were worth the wait but this dilemma won’t stop me from ordering again , it just makes me more mindful to review my order again before placing it .
