GBI ordered 3 sets of boxes I ordered 3 sets of boxes: 2 cardboard and 1 white. I received the 2 cardboard sets and received an email from FedEx saying the other shipment had been canceled. I sent an email asking about this and received a response saying they'd look into it. Received no other explanation.

GBTerrible Customer Service Our boxes never even showed up. I guess they get asked for refunds a lot bc I found a very unusual refund policy when I searched for details about how how resolve this on their website. Brandable refused to reship or refund our product and instead filed a claim with FedEx that we were never able to follow up on because we did not ship the product. I've repeatedly asked for an update and never received one. There are better companies out there for this - choose one of them instead.

GBBrandable Box is a Complete Scam Website Complete scam website. All the reviews on their website are fake and they create them themselves internally. I ordered boxes over a month ago. After they did't ship within 10 days I emailed them just to follow up and see what was going on. They couldn't provide any actual specifics regarding my order status but did say within the month they would be completed. I patiently waited AN ENTIRE MONTH. Still heard nothing or saw any updates. I then email them again to just follow up. Same exact thing, couldn't provide any actual specifics and just told me to keep waiting. This company literally just takes customers money and doesn't ship their products. I don't want to see anyone else lied to, mislead or victimized by this companies lies anymore. After commenting this truth on their social media pages they blocked me and deleted my comments. They are all around max level shady

GBHorrible Work No Accountability To start I ordered five different box sizes. When I received my shipment some of the boxes appeared darker than others, the ink wasn’t consistent on the boxes, and many of the boxes had patchy ink jobs. I spoke to customer service and they told me that quality control department said that the job printed correct and that they would not be issuing any credits or replacements. I find it extremely disrespectful and unprofessional that they expect for people to receive a horrible print job and not take responsibility of it.
