Horrible Sounding the trumpet here, 30% + 1-star reviews and I’m surprised it’s not significantly higher. No contact number listed and their refund policy is worded in a way that makes the customer always wrong. Ordered our business print on boxes. Received them and the quality was horrible. The color was faded to the point that font was unrecognizable and would be embarrassing to use. Pricing, for what they provide is obnoxious. Go buy yourself some corrugated boxes for half the price and put stickers on them. You’ll still see 20% savings. Customer service is horrible. Repeatedly blamed us for “using the wrong color”. Would not honor replacement or refund, instead they offered “10% off next order.” Please, please do not sign yourself up for this mess of a business. RUN AWAY Absolute disaster. We ordered boxes from Brandable on November 22 and our order still has yet to ship. Approaching THREE weeks. It almost feels like they stole our money and ran. We will never do business with Brandable again. They're a little less costly but there's clearly a reason for that. I wish I would have read reviews beforehand.
