GBEmailing isn’t always the way to go Emailing isn’t always the way to go . Having people call to work with their customers should be a new approach. I emailed once I placed my order to make a minor change and was unsuccessful to do so and by the time I asked for a Manager/Supervisor I received an email Saying “My order has been shipped”. I didn’t want to go through the process of canceling my order and waiting for a refund to order again for a $1 change to be exact . Hopefully my boxes were worth the wait but this dilemma won’t stop me from ordering again , it just makes me more mindful to review my order again before placing it .

GBWhy charge for a digital proof that we… Why charge for a digital proof that we aren't allowed to make any edits to? The proof didn't even reflect the customizations I asked for. I hope the actual prints do but I really do not understand this up-charge and I've never worked with a printer who does not allow customers to approve artwork before printing so this is a huge red flag.

GBThe boxes are good The boxes are good, prices are good. For having so few SKUS, having a login with a reorder function would be nice so we do not have to re-upload artwork every time if we are getting the same box.

GBI ordered 3 sets of boxes I ordered 3 sets of boxes: 2 cardboard and 1 white. I received the 2 cardboard sets and received an email from FedEx saying the other shipment had been canceled. I sent an email asking about this and received a response saying they'd look into it. Received no other explanation.

GBunhappy with delivery and product cleanliness I was sent an email that said my shipment would arrive via FEDEX, but then got a call from a freight driver that he was 10 minutes away, and I was on the way out the door to make a delivery. Very inconvenient, and made me late for my customer who was on a tight time line. Also, I had to unload the pallet quickly, and one of my bundles was half empty; and lots of the others were "dirty" on top. The plastic used to wrap my pallet was mostly torn off on the whole top area.
