GBAbsolutely terrible. Incredibly disappointed. Absolutely terrible. I placed an order on June 12 for an August 1st event. They confirmed the order, proof, etc. When the first shipping deadline came around, I followed up where they were and why I hadn't received the shipping email like they state will be sent in the order confirmation email. In my follow up, they confirmed they would still be here in time "per the production timeline". I found out yesterday, JULY 30TH, they have yet to go to production. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

GBHorrible Sounding the trumpet here, 30% + 1-star reviews and I’m surprised it’s not significantly higher. No contact number listed and their refund policy is worded in a way that makes the customer always wrong. Ordered our business print on boxes. Received them and the quality was horrible. The color was faded to the point that font was unrecognizable and would be embarrassing to use. Pricing, for what they provide is obnoxious. Go buy yourself some corrugated boxes for half the price and put stickers on them. You’ll still see 20% savings. Customer service is horrible. Repeatedly blamed us for “using the wrong color”. Would not honor replacement or refund, instead they offered “10% off next order.” Please, please do not sign yourself up for this mess of a business. GBMeh, nothing spectacular The boxes are sturdy, the logo aspect is really small by comparison of what I thought I was getting. Not entirely sure it is worth it after seeing in person. They were printed in a timely manner, delivered on two different days.

GBTerrible Customer Service Our boxes never even showed up. I guess they get asked for refunds a lot bc I found a very unusual refund policy when I searched for details about how how resolve this on their website. Brandable refused to reship or refund our product and instead filed a claim with FedEx that we were never able to follow up on because we did not ship the product. I've repeatedly asked for an update and never received one. There are better companies out there for this - choose one of them instead.

GBI ordered 3 sets of boxes I ordered 3 sets of boxes: 2 cardboard and 1 white. I received the 2 cardboard sets and received an email from FedEx saying the other shipment had been canceled. I sent an email asking about this and received a response saying they'd look into it. Received no other explanation.
