GBWhy charge for a digital proof that we… Why charge for a digital proof that we aren't allowed to make any edits to? The proof didn't even reflect the customizations I asked for. I hope the actual prints do but I really do not understand this up-charge and I've never worked with a printer who does not allow customers to approve artwork before printing so this is a huge red flag.

GBBad shipment time, bad response time and definitely BAD quality. Description written 3-5 business days. I got my shipment 2 weeks later instead. My first time purchasing so I thought imma give it a try before disputing charge with my bank account. Sent an email and only got a reply a week later. The star is 1)because they replied. 2)because the shipment came. Now the quality of the boxes are VERY bad. Production is very bad! There is no way I'm sending my products with boxes looking like that. I'm not even going to bother waste my time returning and trying to get a refund. I'm just going to come to terms I just lost $40. I'm going to stick to ULine and just bought myself a stamp to stamp my own boxes myself. If you are looking for packaging, this ain't it. Spend your money elsewhere.

GBI ordered 3 sets of boxes I ordered 3 sets of boxes: 2 cardboard and 1 white. I received the 2 cardboard sets and received an email from FedEx saying the other shipment had been canceled. I sent an email asking about this and received a response saying they'd look into it. Received no other explanation.

GBLiterally the worst printing and… Literally the worst printing and customer service ever! The printing on my boxes was ridiculously crooked...like... so crooked that they weren’t salvageable. I contacted customer service and the best they would do is offer a 50% refund after ignoring me for a week! Not only was the printing of my logo grossly unaligned, but they also sent me an entire bundle of someone else’s boxes and one of mine on top! Do not waste your money or time dealing with these crooks.

GBEmailing isn’t always the way to go Emailing isn’t always the way to go . Having people call to work with their customers should be a new approach. I emailed once I placed my order to make a minor change and was unsuccessful to do so and by the time I asked for a Manager/Supervisor I received an email Saying “My order has been shipped”. I didn’t want to go through the process of canceling my order and waiting for a refund to order again for a $1 change to be exact . Hopefully my boxes were worth the wait but this dilemma won’t stop me from ordering again , it just makes me more mindful to review my order again before placing it .
