Absolutely terrible. Incredibly disappointed. Absolutely terrible. I placed an order on June 12 for an August 1st event. They confirmed the order, proof, etc. When the first shipping deadline came around, I followed up where they were and why I hadn't received the shipping email like they state will be sent in the order confirmation email. In my follow up, they confirmed they would still be here in time "per the production timeline". I found out yesterday, JULY 30TH, they have yet to go to production. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Horrible Sounding the trumpet here, 30% + 1-star reviews and I’m surprised it’s not significantly higher. No contact number listed and their refund policy is worded in a way that makes the customer always wrong. Ordered our business print on boxes. Received them and the quality was horrible. The color was faded to the point that font was unrecognizable and would be embarrassing to use. Pricing, for what they provide is obnoxious. Go buy yourself some corrugated boxes for half the price and put stickers on them. You’ll still see 20% savings. Customer service is horrible. Repeatedly blamed us for “using the wrong color”. Would not honor replacement or refund, instead they offered “10% off next order.” Please, please do not sign yourself up for this mess of a business. Terrible Customer Service Our boxes never even showed up. I guess they get asked for refunds a lot bc I found a very unusual refund policy when I searched for details about how how resolve this on their website. Brandable refused to reship or refund our product and instead filed a claim with FedEx that we were never able to follow up on because we did not ship the product. I've repeatedly asked for an update and never received one. There are better companies out there for this - choose one of them instead.

The boxes are good The boxes are good, prices are good. For having so few SKUS, having a login with a reorder function would be nice so we do not have to re-upload artwork every time if we are getting the same box.

Brandable Box is a Complete Scam Website Complete scam website. All the reviews on their website are fake and they create them themselves internally. I ordered boxes over a month ago. After they did't ship within 10 days I emailed them just to follow up and see what was going on. They couldn't provide any actual specifics regarding my order status but did say within the month they would be completed. I patiently waited AN ENTIRE MONTH. Still heard nothing or saw any updates. I then email them again to just follow up. Same exact thing, couldn't provide any actual specifics and just told me to keep waiting. This company literally just takes customers money and doesn't ship their products. I don't want to see anyone else lied to, mislead or victimized by this companies lies anymore. After commenting this truth on their social media pages they blocked me and deleted my comments. They are all around max level shady
