USLooking to speak with District Management but being told NO but property management...Shan🤔 Triangle self storage In Dumfries Va has a rude property manger named Shan and has horrible customer service! I’ve been asking Shan to have his district manager or boss to please call me because I’m not happy with the way he has handled my request beginning on August 31, 2020 I got a call back on the 3rd of September from Shan staying his boss said the same thing Shan told me. There’s nothing they could to and Shan said his Boss told him to tell me there’s no reason for him to call me. I asked Shan on the 4th after he asked me to leave the office could he please have his boss call me again and he said Brian would call me. When asked who Brian was he say that’s my boss! ( all on there office camera which I’m sure are recording) Today is the 7th of September and still no call or email. I do not believe that a company would have someone like this running there business with out over seeing him! If you own this company or your Shan’s boss please contact me! Thanks Lease 953 I will contact everyOne on social media, internet and other self Storage places until someone from upper management contacts me back! No One should be treated the way Shan is and has been treating me!! Thanks Info can be verified!!!

USMouse in the house. The location of this storage facility with respect to my house is perfect for my needs. Staff is friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, the property hosts mice. Items that are stored/secured in plastic will be fine; however, anything else is subject to mouse poop and mouse pee.

USCould be friendlier I work odd schedules, a day or so late and you have a lock on the unit. Yet, failed to remove the lock when the rent was paid and denied access. You call if obe day late, yet the light is burned out in common area hallway. I think it is best practice for a friendlier approach, rather than just out to collect rent. Most customers appreciate knowing their business is appreciated and when this occurs, even though you are quick to note short commings of others, your own will not stand out as much.
