GBCould be friendlier I work odd schedules, a day or so late and you have a lock on the unit. Yet, failed to remove the lock when the rent was paid and denied access. You call if obe day late, yet the light is burned out in common area hallway. I think it is best practice for a friendlier approach, rather than just out to collect rent. Most customers appreciate knowing their business is appreciated and when this occurs, even though you are quick to note short commings of others, your own will not stand out as much.
