Bad online tracking and lost package I was supposed to get an order from Uniqlo delivered to me on December 20th and the order has not arrived as of January 3rd. I called customer service and all they could do was tell me my order was delayed. The tracking information showed that my package was in my city on Dec. 22nd but for some reason it now shows it’s in AZ with no updates since 12/28. I don’t think my order will ever arrive.

Horrible company Got nothing!!!! Item was delivered to Fontana while my shipping address is in Arcadia. Never received item. Horrible service. I’d give 0 stars if that was possible. Can’t believe it dared to ask for my rating.

Just a follow-up Just a follow-up. I found it pretty funny that Lattis had all poor 1-star reviews. Then right around the same time that they started replying to people, voila!, a glowing 5-star review appeared. Guys, be a little subtler with your social media engineering attempts.
