GBIt took over a month to receive my… It took over a month to receive my package and Lattis was not a good correspondent. I was had already told the vendor that I wanted a refund when the package finally arrived.

GBInaccurate tracking and lost package My Uniqlo order was shipped through Lattis and I had a terrible experience. The estimated delivery date kept constantly changing, and eventually the tracking status said my package was "Out for Delivery" for several days straight. I couldn't find a phone number for Lattis and their "Contact" form wasn't meant for customers. I had to contact Uniqlo about my order and on the same day I received a reply back from them, my tracking updated to say it was "Delivered" on the first day it was "Out for Delivery," even though it was "Out for Delivery" for multiple days. I never received my package and I had to receive a refund.
