Great facility Great facility. Well lit. Carts available to use at the multi level climate controlled unit. I was disappointed to be told by the first person I worked with that my unit “near the elevator” was a full 10x15 when in fact it had about 25% of that space taken up by the block wall of the elevator. I later questioned it with the manager and was appropriately moved to a full size unit a short distance further. Employee was either not educated or simply dishonest. Disappointing. The unit itself is great.

This facility and the staff are beyond … This facility and the staff are beyond nice& helpful. I am disabled and was overwhelmed by a surprise multi-state move. Then I met the site manager @ this facility and my problems were quickly solved. I never imagined a storage facility's staff would be so accommodating and flexible-as my storage needs changed, these people made everything work. Thank you for treating me like a friend, not just a customer.

Josh at Medical Center Stor-Place Since Josh has taken over the Medical Center Stor-place, we are thrilled with the service! We appreciate his collabrative leadership and willingness to help in any way. We have five units since 2009 and run our non-profit out of there. It is refreshing to have a place well managed to be able to conduct business easily. We are big fans!

Horrible management. Kourtney is the rudest service industry manager I have encountered. Her rudeness has made my experience at this location on Murfreesboro rd an unfortunate one. No greeting ever. No smile ever. No conversation ever. No Please. No Thank You. Unbelievable.

Your staff is nice Your staff is nice, but I feel like you charge too much for a 10x10 on the outside. Also, the access to the facility closes to early.
