Facility is nicely kept and clean Facility is nicely kept and clean. The only suggestion I have is to consider adjusting your hours. I work late nights and odd shifts sometimes so it is hard to find time to make it to my unit.

Great facility Great facility. Well lit. Carts available to use at the multi level climate controlled unit. I was disappointed to be told by the first person I worked with that my unit “near the elevator” was a full 10x15 when in fact it had about 25% of that space taken up by the block wall of the elevator. I later questioned it with the manager and was appropriately moved to a full size unit a short distance further. Employee was either not educated or simply dishonest. Disappointing. The unit itself is great.

With the short six months of… With the short six months of involvement with StorPlace of Greenwood it has been nothing short of expert experience. From the initial introduction of the kind people behind the counter to the recent transition of moving into a larger unit. I would suggest to all for your storage needs save the hassle of venturing out to a lower expectation and check this facility first. They even brought out cold bottle of waters when we were packing our content over to another unit. Who these days does that?
