Is it a scam to use your company? I sent a package through Australia,by printing from my computer and paid your charge of $45. I just got a bill from FedEx for that posting for $198.You have gotten paid but FedEx saysyouhave no account with them, therefore they are charging me a ridiculous amount of money for an envelope weighing less than than1lb.andmeasuring7 inches by 11 inches.your. FRAUD, you will be asked to pay by fedex again I used them to buy a fedex package. I was charged for the same and package was delivered and now from last 6 months fedex is asking to pay 200$ for the same. They are fraud company and doesn’t pay fedex, and now they are telling fedex system have issues. When I contacted few months back they said they have invoice issues with fedex and they will fix the same and nothing was done for the same and now they are putting it on fedex. NEVER USE THIS FRAUD COMPANY!!!!

My 4 boxes were supposed to be sent to… My 4 boxes were supposed to be sent to nigeria, only for me to find out ups delivered to Package hopper and there’s no phone number to contact them. I’m beyond furious. UPS is giving me the run around. These items are worth thousands. I just need my stuff back please. How can I reach package hopper????please help me

I shipped a package to my nephew in UK… I shipped a package to my nephew in UK through packageHopper. Chose Fedex priority service. This was a gift but they provided me with a wrong form as commercial and that I was exporting the items. Now my package is stuck in customs and they want their duties and taxes. I got in touch with packagehopper several times yesterday and their customer service is the poorest I had come across. I was able to chat with 3 different people and they showed no interest in my issue and took no responsibility for sending me a wrong form but point blank told me that once its shipped its my responsibility. I wish I had not used this service and gone to USPS at least my package was going to make it there without all this hassle. They definitely look like a scam to me now otherwise the shipping costs would not have been this inexpensive.

FedEx demand Same issue as posted by others. Paid Package Hopper$48. Received shipping label (FedEx). Dropped package at nearest FedEx location. Package was accepted without question. Packaged delivered without problems. But now 2 weeks later I have received a bill for $304 from FedEx. Surely FedEx should be billing PackageHopper. PackageHopper followed up stating there was a problem that has been resolved. So no additional money is due to FedEx
