GBThey Stole my $600 Package and claimed lost I paid $90 in shipping to ship a package worth over $500. They never processed it at their facility. They stole what inside and declared it "Lost" in transit. Their loss rate is 100%. Do no ship with this business unless you want you package to never be seen again. I am suspecting it's not even a real shipping company! Instead, some business run by cyber criminal who figured out a way to steal packages legally from US and forward them to India or China to resale...

CANever received my item Never received my item. Tracking says it went from the US to the UK back to the US then back to the UK again.... Im from Canada.

JPAvoid this company Avoid this company. Japan Crate uses them. This shipping company is just as inept as Japan Crate and their sister companies. Absolutely horrible / non existent customer service that if you do get a human and not some zen desk macro, they will lie to you in circles even when you show them clear information they are incorrect.
