I think all the reviews are made up I think all the reviews are made up. They seems professional on the website but are not. Their 15 minutes of call back turns into days and then eventually months. I was charged for double the amount of volume. After the pick up they vanished and came up with a made up quote without explanation whatsoever. I don't know how they did this but they charged my credit card without me knowing the amount. I have not yet received my shipment but I am not happy with these guys so far. Lack of communication kills. I wouldn't be surprised if there are problems when the shipment lands in India and their clearing agent gives his part of the trouble. Ravindra Peerannawar

Cheap and Trusted We knew Gandhi Shipping by googling. No reference from friends or relatives. The price was competitive, we chosed Gandhi Shipping because they were the cheapest to ship 20' container from Chicago to Indonesia. It took around 8-9 weeks, and just 3 days delay from the schedule that were provided which not a big deal compare to the distance and total delivery time. Overall we are so happy with the service provided by Mushir and Azim. They are cooperative and fast in responding email, excellent!

Avoid this company; contact me for the proof I am surprised to see the high rating of this company; I would be very suspicious of those glowing reviews from my experience. I am in the midst of a horrible experience with Gandhi International. They misled me into handing over my boxes to them and I fighting to get back. If you have to do business with them, I recommend making a contract first. Once they have your stuff in their hands, Gandhi International will not respond to any query that they deem uncomfortable. I will be glad to share with anyone the email exchanges I had with Gandhi International that show how they misled me into terrible inconvenience. I will be glad to share the email chain.

Not paying carriers for the work… Not paying carriers for the work performed! Invoices are outstanding over 90 days. They asked us to drop containers at the customer for a few days and then refused to pay for multiple days of chassis. Even after revised statements, they're not paying. Ignoring phone calls and emails, promising to pay "tomorrow" and tomorrow never comes.

Never got my luggage- worst shipping experience- don’t book their services My worst experience with a shipping company till date. I was shipping a few boxes from Berkeley to New Delhi and they misplaced one of my boxes which ended up with another one of their customers in Germany. Gandhi shipping representatives never helped me retrieve this box even though it was misplaced due to negligence at their end. They became completely unresponsive to my enquires and I never got my box back. In short they are highly unreliable and unprofessional. Ideally they shouldn't be running a business. My recommendation is NEVER book their services.
