I would like to mention 2 individuals namely Mushir Rangoonwala and Vineet Ranjan who hopeless guys. During initial phase, they will provide all assurance on timely delivery and commitment. As soon as you release first installment, the trouble will begin. I booked my consignment in May 2019 and got partial delivery in October 2019 which 5 month where the commitment was for 8 weeks max. I had to follow up endlessly to get my delivery and it was painful experience dealing with these unprofessional people. In addition, one of my valuable box was missed and these guys never bothered to ask the details. Again after beating them to death by asking through emails and calling, they gave a mute reply asking to file a claim without much info. Now I'm chasing them to get the claim process. Advise to all: Do not fall in the trap of what they claim as the trusted and quality cargo company...as they are not. One of my friend happened to use the same and suffered similary. They even do not have proper documentation on payment tracking system and I was asked to pay twice for the same payment. I had to literlly show them the transaction snapshot to make them agree that I have made the payments.

I am in the midst of a horrible experience with Gandhi International. They misled me into handing over my boxes to them and I fighting to get back. If you have to do business with them, I recommend making a contract first. Once they have your stuff in their hands, Gandhi International will not respond to any query that they deem uncomfortable. I will be glad to share with anyone the email exchanges I had with Gandhi International that show how they misled me into terrible inconvenience. I will be glad to share the email chain.

Inaccurate quotes to lure customers Gave me inaccurate quote. I have shipped a TV to Hyderabad, India from NC, USA. The sales team initially told me that customs would be 40% of the TV's price, and now when the TV reached India, they have quoted me customs charges more than 100% of the TV's price. Besides that, they are also saying that I have to make the payment ASAP, or else there will be additional charges for the delay. And now nobody is responding to my calls/emails.
