GBLost Easter package Mailed my son's easter package on March 25th. Was to be delivered in 2 days. Today is April 10th, package was last scanned in Detroit, the first distribution center, on March 25th!!! Was never delivered. Tracking indicates "in transit" to next facility from Detroit!! I'm assuming it was stolen, lost, or who knows where it is at this point. It was marked "perishable" all over the box. Terrible run government organization!

GBUSPS is the worst delivery service in the UNITED STATES - bar none .... Since living at this one address in Manhattan this is maybe the 4th time I've ordered something from Amazon and they've shipped it through USPS - every time the experience is horrible. The delivery people are lazy and lie, straight up lie. Like always, when I order something from Amazon I have to stay home and wait for it to be delivered because the workers in my building leave the front door open and go in and out of the building .... so other people come in and out of the building and steal packages ..... My apartment doorbell is broken so on my delivery address - RIGHT NEXT TO the apartment number ... is the building door keypad combination - it's right there ..... I KNOW they see this because it's RIGHT NEXT TO the apartment number. It says that my doorbell is broken, if they'd bothered to actually read the instructions - AND if they bothered to actually knock on my apartment door I would've been able to sign for it ... I'm always there to get the delivery .... I HATE USPS - And ALSO - they left an orange slip on my building's front door - and the box is checked stating that this is the final notice - they were NEVER here before with this package .... And I CAN'T go and pick this item up because it's heavy and I have a broken ankle. ..... They either HAVE to actually deliver it to me - or I have to write another complaint about USPS and submit THAT ONE to Amazon ... and then cancel my item - which I needed TODAY .... LAZY LAZY LAZY useless lying delivery people .... The last time I had to go and get something the horrible delivery person did the same thing - on the back of the orange slip it says that I can pick up my package between 8am - 5:50pm ..... so I got to the post office at 7:50am .... except that they don't open their windows and have anyone to give you your package until 10am ..... the hours are wrong on the orange slip and on the front door of the post office - the correct hours were hand written on cardboard and put in a window for package pick up .... USPS is the absolute WOOOOOORST .... THE WORST .... I can't stress how useless they are - from the drivers to the workers at the actual post office - who didn't believe me that I had 2 packages because I only had one orange slip the last time -

GBNo accountability No accountability. Those tracking numbers are meaningless. I do not fault the workers. Most do the best they can under a top heavy ineffectual management. Seems as if they've stopped scanning items to either save time or play with the numbers. They used to scan your package every step of the way. I would say they are very hit and miss. I have been pleasantly surprised and extremely frustrated at various times. I receive my medication every month from the VA and it's always nerve wracking to see whether they will arrive on time, or at all. Yes I did have one prescription that was never delivered and never received a response from USPS. Latest debacle: my package left NC on the 18th and this morning showed it was still sitting in Jacksonville. A few minutes I checked and was shocked to see it's out for delivery! So the problem is partly restructuring (de joy's TEN YEAR plan) and lack of staffing and basically the fact that even if you do have a tracking number, it won't do you any good. You just still have to cool your heels and wait...don't even bother contacting them. Centralizing this massive unaccountable bureaucracy even further is a big mistake. I would hope that the man who HIRED him will FIRE him...make the USPS run on time in 2025!

GBMy package was received by the…DC WICHITA KS My package was received by the distribution center in Wichita ks at 8 05 am 4 22 24 as of 4 23 24 6:15 pm it has still not moved. I can clearly see why usps wants to jack prices up and make excuses for lack of management skills. USPS WOULD NEVER SURVIVE 5'S OR LEAN MANUFACTURING. EVEN OFFICE PENCIL PUSHERS WON'T GO OUT TO HELP. GOVERNMENT SHOULD JUST SHUT THIS SHI$ SHOW DOWN AND SAVE BILLIONS A YEAR TO SEND TO A FOREIGN COUNTRY TO STUDY HOW MANY TIMES A MONKEY MASTERBATES IN A 24 HR PERIOD.
