Everything worked like clockwork from… Everything worked like clockwork from being picked up at the airport to being returned to departure. There was no waiting around. The assistance of the translator was very useful.The eye examination brought up a condition that I was not aware of even though slight. On my return to UK I asked why I was not told about it. No answer. Paid extra for the Femtosecond laser which took about 10 minutes. Clean, efficient and correct. The only recommendation would be that it would be helpful if NeoVizia accepted bank transfer which would save a further 3% on credit card charges.

Vaneers Having done extensive research i opted for Praga Medica to fit 10 vaneers to my top arch. Lucie responded to my initial enquiry and asked me to send photos of my teeth which were sent to the dentist for her opinion. All my questions were answered as to what was involved and what i hoped to achieve, costs, treatment plan and a date was set. After booking my flights Lucie booked me into a hotel and arranged my airport transfers On arrival Lucie made contact with me providing clear instructions on where to meet her on the day of my treatment. The clinic was very modern and clean. Dr Jandova and her assistant were warm, friendly and very professional. I immediately felt in good hands. The vaneers i had were made by using specialised CAD technology and then glazed and put in a kiln The process took a whole day but was not painful as Dr Jandova took care to ensure i was comfortable at all times The whole process was carried out with absolute precision Dr Jandova would not fix each vaneer until we were both entirely happy. She did not rush the job the end results were as important to her as they were to me. I am delighted with my new teeth and smile. They look completely natural. There was slight sensitivity and soreness straight afterwards but within a couple of hours i was eating normally and had no discomfort. The vaneers feel exactly like my real teeth and everyone has commented how natural they look and are very impressed. I highly recommend using Praga Medica and Dr Jandova for this procedure.

My experience I found the company to be very informative and helpful in answering any questions I had prior to booking my appointment. Once booked they kept me up to date and the week before coming gave me an approximate schedule. On arriving collected from the airport as we went with the upgraded package to take any stress away. Checked into hotel quickly and the staff at the hotel were friendly and informative. Our room was lovely and the breakfast was amazing. We had an evening meal in the hotel and that was also lovely. First day for post op appointment went well, if I could pick out one thing it would be in how late they gave you the appointment for the next day. One appointment was for 2:30 and one for 1:45 and double checked as one included a checkup. Once you were in the pre op waiting area, would have been good to have some relaxing music or something to occupy to take your mind off. When taken through the surgeon was very pleasant and explained what would happen then also as she was doing it, very relaxed and good atmosphere. Third day was pretty much the same as second day, then final checkup on last day. I was concerned my close vision wasn’t as good as used to be and was advised can take up to 4 weeks to adjust. Given medicated drops and given then all clear. The only fault would have been the taxi driver on the day of the post op was unsure of location, however the driver that took us to the airport was from a different company and more than made up for it. Perhaps only use one company as definite difference in service
