A well run and supportive experience A well run and supportive experience. I was fairly nervous going for a procedure abroad for the first time (bletheroplasty). But Praga Medica were so supportive. Marketa our travel consultant was waiting outside the clinic doors on our arrival in the morning and she and her assistant stayed closely at our side throughout, talking us through the process of the day, helping us see the right person at the right time, filling in forms correctly and generally being reassuring and positive. Indeed the clinic and all the staff we encountered were very professional, and the standard of care was so high. And I haven’t even mentioned yet what a legend Dr Pros is!! I’m very pleased with my eyelid results and with my whole experience at Praga Medica. I would very much recommend them.

Otoplasty I travelled to Prague to have an Otoplasty in February 2024, with Dr Vasek. I did a lot of research before my op and vowed to do my own review afterwards to help others trying to make a choice! Markéta was fantastic from start to finish, providing me with lots information and assurance, she is a true asset to the team and helped me know I was making the right choice. She stayed in touch after my surgery to check I was ok and doing well. She was so patient and kind and I am very grateful to her. The clinic was welcoming and extremely clean, everyone was friendly and polite. A lovely nurse took my bloods and asked some questions before I met my surgeon. Dr Vasek was very professional but also sensed my nerves and was really kind and caring. He reassured me throughout the surgery, as did the care team (I was awake for the procedure and very nervous so they gave me a fidget toy to distract me!). My surgery was over before I knew it, he even made an adjustment to the process as he felt part of it wasn’t required in my case, which showed true integrity. I was a little unwell after my operation (I never do well with anaesthetic!) and the nursing staff were amazing, got me sorted out and constantly checked on me until I felt well enough to leave. I returned to my hotel to rest overnight and went back the next morning to have dressings changed and check I was well enough to fly, which I was. I had one more night in Prague before returning home. My recovery was much easier than I thought, I had very minimal pain. I returned to work after the weekend (surgery on a Thursday). I got my stitches checked 6 weeks later and the nurse said that it was the neatest otoplasty she’d seen and it was perfectly healing. I am absolutely delighted with the results, my only regret is not booking sooner!

The clinic is highly professional The clinic is highly professional, the equipment and the service is outstanding. Dr Bayer and the team are high quality specialists. It is still early days for me but the results are already starting to show slowly but surely, I am very happy with the service. Will definitely recommend. Please note the clinic I am referring to is Forme booked via Praga Medica, who are also excellent and deliver fantastic service and answer all the questions and reassure you promptly and without delay.

I was in contact with a consultant named Veronika who made sure all my questions were answered on time and any doubts I had put to rest. Very supportive throughout the whole journey and we couldn’t be any happier with our new addition to the family. It’s a baby boy!!

2nd procedure through Praga Medica with absolutely no regrets Very informative before procedures & afterwards, with guidance throughout. Spotless clinics with great English speakers. 2nd procedure done recently. Would have no hesitation to go through this company again, and I have highly recommended to others.
