My coach Zander checks in with me regularly to make sure that I am staying on track and maintaining proper form during my heavy compound exercises. I recommended this app to my wife. USThis is a great app This is a great app, allows me to set up the workouts as I like, remembers the weights for each exercise. Bethany has created all the workouts and its easy to swap out an exercise if you cant do the one assigned due to the equipment not being available or what ever reason. Its extremely flexible. Bethany and I have meetings every week and she follows up with any questions I have very quickly. I'm very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend. I initially wanted it to get me back in the habit again and i am progressively lifting heavier week on week. Its been great!

USWorking out while on the road I joined Caliber and was matched with my coach Kimberly right at the start of a month long run of travel for work, it seemed overly ambitions at best and maybe slightly doomed but Kimberly was amazing at adapting my workouts for hotel gyms and encouraging me to get the gym, and reminded me to take care of my myself during work travel. I was able to get most of my workouts in while on the road which was a huge win for me.

USThe Best of Both Worlds I travel a lot, so having an in-person trainer was never really an option for me. With Caliber, I get access to a real-life trainer who I can meet with remotely. He tailors my workout plan to meet my goals and helps keep me accountable for my workouts, but I can do them on my own schedule in any location. It really is the best of both worlds. You can tell the developers really put a lot of love and care into the app. It’s got everything you need for your workout, including a visual exercise library, a timer, a weight calculator, progress charts, etc. It also gives you weekly lessons on general fitness topics and a strength score based on several factors, so you can objectively see how you’re improving every week. The app also integrates nicely with other health apps so I can share my nutrition and step counts with my trainer. It’s been a joy to use. Caliber has been essential in helping me reach my fitness goals. So far I’m 6 months in and just getting started!

USGreat coaching experience! After looking around for an app to log my workouts, I found Caliber. I started with just logging and then saw that there was a way that you could be connected to a coach to help you meet your goals. Caliber connected me with Nick and we had a call to discuss my goals, current workout schedule, and what kind of equipment I had access to. Within 24 hours he had a workout plan and diet plan ready for me to start immediately. After about a month, Nick saw that I was getting stronger, but wanted to push me even more. He changed up my workouts so that I could continue to get stronger and not get stuck at a plateau. My experience with Nick and Caliber have been great and I would highly recommend connecting with a coach if you need someone to keep you accountable and encourage you along your strength journey.
