Caliber Coaching Program My Caliber coach Taylor understands the true science behind nutrition and fitness. She’s taken into account my busy lifestyle and given me a plan that works without making me feel deprived. Throughout my journey with Caliber I feel liked I’ve gained the knowledge to keep myself healthy for the rest of my life without having to use gimmicks. I’m grateful for this experience and for Taylor’s amazing coaching!

great app and PT experience I downloaded the Caliber app to provide a little app-based organization and guidance to my workouts. Through Caliber I was paired up with an awesome and very experienced PT, Patrick! He has been providing workouts and nutrition guidance for me for a couple of months at this point and I am on track with the goals I set initially - packing on lean muscle mass. Patrick checks in often and is always amenable to any feedback I provide. The app itself has helpful videos, weekly education and, as mentioned above, is a great interface to work with a PT virtually. A few other features that set it apart are the Strength Score (a way to track progress beyond a scale) and its integration with Cronometer and my Apple Health data. If you're into data and trackable results, you'll be into Caliber.

Working out while on the road I joined Caliber and was matched with my coach Kimberly right at the start of a month long run of travel for work, it seemed overly ambitions at best and maybe slightly doomed but Kimberly was amazing at adapting my workouts for hotel gyms and encouraging me to get the gym, and reminded me to take care of my myself during work travel. I was able to get most of my workouts in while on the road which was a huge win for me.

Caliber Review I am really satisfied with Caliber, for a gym novice like me, even before I subscribe to the coaching program, it gives me a clear instruction on how the movement should looks like and which muscle body it targeted. I would also thanks to Eros my Caliber coach, he always giving very clear instruction on how I can fix my technique. Program developed by Eros also very fun and challenging, it's doesn't feels like a repetitive and always push me the limit therfore very flexible in coaching.

I want to keep fit as I get older I want to keep fit as I get older. I decided to try Caliber and after two months I can say I am having a great experience with the app and personal training. My trainer is very responsive and put together a plan that works with my schedule and my current fitness level. Will continue for the foreseeable future.
