The app and coaching are awesome! The Caliber app is fantastic! I really wanted to get into the gym but had no plan on what exercises to do or how many reps/sets I should be doing. The app has made this a breeze and with the clips showing the exercises being performed helps me with my form. I opted to get coaching to help with dialing in my exercises and diet so I get the most potential out of the work I put in. My coach Cameron has been instrumental in helping me to set achievable goals, advising me on when it’s appropriate to push to the next level and motivating me to keep pushing. I can’t say enough good things about Caliber and Cameron. The past couple of months have been amazing and I am really starting to see the results of my hard work.

Caliber's personal trainers produce results I’ve used the Caliber app for about three months now and have been very pleased with the results. My online personal trainer Patrick formulated a program based on my specific goals and has been there every step of the way. Patrick is very knowledgeable, personable, and easily accessible through the app. He pushes me when I need it and is always there to make the adjustments I need to suit my goals and my schedule. The app itself is very intuitive and has a large library of workouts with overviews and videos which I find extremely helpful. I’ve learned more and achieved more in the gym these last few months with Caliber than I did the previous year attempting to do it on my own. I would recommend Caliber to anyone, but especially to those like me who need a little guidance and motivation to overcome plateauing in the gym.
