I had been waiting for a while and was going to hang up when she came onto the call. The smile on her face, the way she answered all my questions, didn’t rush me off, and advised me on how to proceed with my dosage made it easy for me to decide to continue with IVIM. She is truly a gem, and I’m going to request her for my next follow-up visit.
