USI had my virtual appointment and it has… I had my virtual appointment and it has been a hastle to process my order. I don’t see the follow up note stating what medicine I’ll be taking, also I can’t find invoice for medication to be processed and paid for from my end. I’ve sent a message and there has been no response…unfortunately , I’ve paid my monthly fee and I’m facing these difficulties.
