GBI switched from IVIM to another… I switched from IVIM to another telehealth company that is probably their biggest competitor, and boy do I regret it. I made the change to save money, even though I really liked IVIM, and now I can't wait to switch back. With their recent price drops, and the huge amount of frustration I'm experiencing with my new provider, I'm ready to switch back. One side note... I think the IVIM app needs a lot of work to truly be functional.

GBI had my virtual appointment and it has… I had my virtual appointment and it has been a hastle to process my order. I don’t see the follow up note stating what medicine I’ll be taking, also I can’t find invoice for medication to be processed and paid for from my end. I’ve sent a message and there has been no response…unfortunately , I’ve paid my monthly fee and I’m facing these difficulties.
