This is my first experience getting a… This is my first experience getting a silencer through silencer shop, I bought one years ago before silencer shop was in existence, and let me tell you the process through silencer shop is much preferred. The kiosk is wonderful, and makes getting everything needed so simple. Thanks for making purchasing silencers as painless as possible.

The app for the photo was a little troublesome Initially, had problems getting the app to work. It wouldn’t let me log in or reset my password, something to the effect it couldn’t validate credentials. Dealer called his rep, couldn’t figure it out, but was going to look at it the following day. We then proceeded onto the kiosk anyway. After finishing with the kiosk, for whatever reason, the app finally allowed me to log in and upload the photo. Everything after that has proceeded very well. All the steps went promptly and certified on the 5th day. Overall, my experience with silencer shop has been very good!

Easy Everything was extremely easy and straightforward. Made the entire Form 4 process a breeze. Will definitely be going this route again for the next can.

Excellent Application process The application process through my local firearm dealer and Silencer Shop was great! Silencer Shop was very timely in their part. Hopefully it will not be long before I can get to the range with My Harvester EVO!

Great not perfect. Overall, the kiosk and registering is the best part about silencer shop. Pretty easy and nice that you can order fingerprint cards if you want to file your own form 1. Silencer certification got delayed because SS kept trying to make me buy single shot trust even though I was registered as traditional trust. Was corrected but lost a few days. Not too big of a deal but it’s far from seamless. 3rd suppressor through SS and very few hiccups.
