The store owner made the process super easy, and the software was pretty easy too. The entire process is streamlined and quite simple, despite having to travel 75 miles one way to get to the store. Am very pleased with the new suppressor.

I have an account with them I have an account with them. SilencerShop compliance says I don’t. I sent every photo, previous approved silencer serial number and account info I could. They said no don’t see my account. Then change to yes we see your account but not 100% completed. Like huh? I’m looking at it fully completed on my app, website, and local FFL kiosk. Nothing my FFL can do, nothing I can do. Customer service is useless, calling by phone and website chat you’ll never reach anybody, email you’ll get one email telling you the same stuff the previous email said. Extremely frustrating, honestly why do FFL and feds even use silencertrash.

Silencer Shop and Local Rep Teamwork It had been a number of years since I got my last suppressor. Things have changed a bit! My local distributor, working with the Silencer Shop on their on line kiosk made it pretty simple. I have heard/read about the wait times being significantly shorter. I will be pleasantly surprised if that proves true.
