I've been order for 7 years I've been order for 7 years. Their turn around time is excellent. The website is accurate and easily navigable (even more so since the updates). Wss unable to create my order online… Wss unable to create my order online due to some problems we could not determine. The manager at tansclub worked with me and created the order and got the items shipped on time. (Said he wasn't suppose to take the order but realized the situation and did the right thing. That is customer service.

Discounted price only if all items in stock Order and delivery was quick as usual. They were out of stock on some of the items and offered to replace them with a different item. New items were more expensive (which we knew and agreed to). Didn't know that they would reduce the discounted price on the remainder as it was now under 50 dozen and they didn't tell me that this would happen - ended up paying more than anticipated.
