Customer service Called me to update on out of stock inventory & got new inventory shipped out same day.

Wss unable to create my order online… Wss unable to create my order online due to some problems we could not determine. The manager at tansclub worked with me and created the order and got the items shipped on time. (Said he wasn't suppose to take the order but realized the situation and did the right thing. That is customer service.

Great bandanas as a great price The tie dye and solid color dog bandanas I ordered are good quality and arrived in a timely manner. I will be doing business with TanClub again.

Discounted price only if all items in stock Order and delivery was quick as usual. They were out of stock on some of the items and offered to replace them with a different item. New items were more expensive (which we knew and agreed to). Didn't know that they would reduce the discounted price on the remainder as it was now under 50 dozen and they didn't tell me that this would happen - ended up paying more than anticipated.
