GBDonna T is the best Donna T. is the most helpful customer service person. Every Monday for the last 5 weeks she has checked on some items for me that have been on order in NY. She did this without me asking. The product has finally been received in NY and she put through the order today. My customer is going to be thrilled once it arrives in MI. She is absolutely the BEST!

GBGia has been awesome! Gia has been my savior with using this company. She is extremely responsive and helpful. Without her, I probably would not have continued using this company because the other customer service emails have been non-responsive. I do hope in the future they can update some of their inner systems. It seems very inefficient in this day and age for service teams to have to email you invoices, tracking numbers etc. This should all be embedded into the experience and automatically be able to access through the portal. The shipping is also a bit all over the place. They tag the shipping cost on and then bill you. You cannot see the shipping cost when you check out. The shipping prices are a bit outrageous. Plan to have an additional 1/3 of your bill tagged on for shipping. Overall, the candy is great and Gia has been wonderful.

GByou actually answer the phone and help… you actually answer the phone and help customers, in this world today it is very helpful and appreciated I have seen so many companies go large and the larger they get the more difficult it is to actually get hold on actual human to place orders and have problems solved. please don't change
