Easy to shop here and create a list of items to buy frequently. Convenient and easy to see what is in stock and order quickly. Also keep what is in your cart and then come back another day to finish the order, and if the item is still in stock you just close your order. Great!

Gia has been awesome! Gia has been my savior with using this company. She is extremely responsive and helpful. Without her, I probably would not have continued using this company because the other customer service emails have been non-responsive. I do hope in the future they can update some of their inner systems. It seems very inefficient in this day and age for service teams to have to email you invoices, tracking numbers etc. This should all be embedded into the experience and automatically be able to access through the portal. The shipping is also a bit all over the place. They tag the shipping cost on and then bill you. You cannot see the shipping cost when you check out. The shipping prices are a bit outrageous. Plan to have an additional 1/3 of your bill tagged on for shipping. Overall, the candy is great and Gia has been wonderful.

AMAZING Customer Service! I've been a customer of Nassau Candy for 25+ years. ( since the Randy Goldbaum days!) I enjoy your fair prices, and outstanding customer service. Special recognition to Laura DiFiglia and David( not sure of his last name) Both employees represent your company well, and are an asset to the smooth day to day operation. I will be calling for my initial opening order late April.

overall good besides address editing. I enjoyed the experience but again it doesn't allow for me to adjust the information. I need to put it attention to Hutch Davis because the last order was sent to the wrong department.
