GBI didn’t realize if they were out of… I didn’t realize if they were out of something at the warehouse near me and it had to come from another one I needed to make the minimum at both even though it was only one candy I wanted. Other than that. It’s been great.

GBExcellent customer service Excellent customer service. Everyone who helped during my account activation was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I requested lists of ingredients and had them within a couple hours. The website is easy to navigate and has tons great options for bulk products. I am so excited to receive our first order!

GBGia has been awesome! Gia has been my savior with using this company. She is extremely responsive and helpful. Without her, I probably would not have continued using this company because the other customer service emails have been non-responsive. I do hope in the future they can update some of their inner systems. It seems very inefficient in this day and age for service teams to have to email you invoices, tracking numbers etc. This should all be embedded into the experience and automatically be able to access through the portal. The shipping is also a bit all over the place. They tag the shipping cost on and then bill you. You cannot see the shipping cost when you check out. The shipping prices are a bit outrageous. Plan to have an additional 1/3 of your bill tagged on for shipping. Overall, the candy is great and Gia has been wonderful.

GBEasy to shop here and create a list of items to buy frequently. Convenient and easy to see what is in stock and order quickly. Also keep what is in your cart and then come back another day to finish the order, and if the item is still in stock you just close your order. Great!
