They get it right the first time. I am new to strip lighting. In an effort to match existing lights, I put in an order with Communitylightingsupply. Eli at Community Lighting Supply flagged my order, contacted me via email. He worked with me via email and phone to get exactly what I needed. In my experience, this was very unusual proactive effort to get my order right. I'll be putting in more strip lighting, will order again and recommend Community Lighting Supply.

I only needed lens covers for a product… I only needed lens covers for a product that was purchased and damaged. If I had used Diode then the lens cover would have cost me significantly less, but you only sell it with the track and offer no considerations for service issues. Every time I called I never got a response (was always told you would look into it and report back (3 times)). I will avoid your company of products in the future as your customer service is awful.

Reasonably Priced & Quick Shipment Products were priced lower than competitors and shipping was less expensive also, delivered in timely manner

Great Support & Service They were quick to answer product questions and arrange for shipping. When I had issues with delivery, they worked with the manufacturer and shipping company to make it right for me with minimal effort on my part. Very good service!
