They get it right the first time. I am new to strip lighting. In an effort to match existing lights, I put in an order with Communitylightingsupply. Eli at Community Lighting Supply flagged my order, contacted me via email. He worked with me via email and phone to get exactly what I needed. In my experience, this was very unusual proactive effort to get my order right. I'll be putting in more strip lighting, will order again and recommend Community Lighting Supply.

Shipping Issue Would have given a 5 if shipping had not taken so long due to light being back ordered. However, it did arrive several weeks earlier than projected.
