The guy was aces always took my text or phone call always called me back when he said he would never left me hanging….. got my order to me from your warehouse in Pennsylvania to Long Island New York in about three days from the time I ordered ,great job… looking forward to continuing to do business each fall season

Zero to Hero This the second year I've shrinkwrapped my pontoon boat, and 3 others this year. I had zero experience prior to that. Mr. Shrinkwrap offers all the necessary materials. The wrap, vents, heat gun rental, tape for the occasional mistake, and how to videos. Shrinkwrap is hands down a better winter storage system than any other fabric cover or tarp I've tried to use in years past.

When shipping products nationally and… When shipping products nationally and international, shipping problems will consistently arise. Not receiving my package or having it lost may seem like a shipping company problem but it doesn't mean it's not the company's problem to rectify.

The salesperson didn't want my business… The salesperson didn't want my business because of what he felt was a low quantity. I originally contacted the company for help with which product would be a good solution for our company project. Instead of helping me determine the best product, the question of "quantity" was mentioned several times and then I was told to buy from Uline. I received an email from the salesperson, John, saying Mr. Shrinkwrap was not a good fit due to the quantity of our products we would be needing a solution for. A single roll of shrinkwrap can be purchased online, who cares what our quantity was going to be, I just wanted to know the right product to use.
