Where is my order I placed my order on Nov 17th. The order arrived in NY on Nov 25th. Then it departed NY on Nov 28. Since that day it updated that it departed the exact same facility on Dec 11. Today is Dec 14. Guess what? It has updated that it departed that same facility today. I have contacted you 3 times. Each time, same answer. "It departed the facility and will be updated when turned over to USPS" This may be a scam. Forced to give 1 star.
