I emailed to them and get quick respond from Jamie, she was so friendly and professional, persuaded me not to cancel the order because the shipping was being in progress. Speedy response & Superb quick Delivery !! I bought 3 pairs of Cowboys shoes and received them a few days ago and they are all in fantastic condition still after regular use.
