Impossible return policy and a potential scam Shoes arrived and didn't fit - not even close to my normal size. Despite following their complicated return process and sending multiple photos of the shoes demonstrating their perfect condition, this company rejected my return request twice claiming that the shoes "looked worn." This company's business model is based on a non-existent return policy: once they have your money, they will not work with you to issue a refund or exchange, despite advertising these options. On top of that, the shoes that arrived seemed cheap and shipped from Turkey. These things are cranked out in some sad factory with zero quality control.
