I love that such a large product catalogue is available and appreciate the offerings such as the dropship class. GBI opened a new account with this company and had a few questions. I recently opened a new account with this company. I called customer service during normal business hours. I tried 3 different extension options and did not get a representative. I chose option for customer service, option for account holder and sales. No one picked up until the 4th time I called, and some guy picked up and yelled "stop calling". The amount of money I intend to spend, I am not interested in doing business with a company like this. Very unprofessional!
