GBGenerated more sales than imagined I've managed to generate more sales than I had imagined. Their support team is quick to address issues if any arise...I found their system pretty intuitive. I've been using Wholesale2B since 4 months and will continue to use it ahead.

GBThis is the most unprofessional company… Products have high prices. I checked many products and found I can get the same prices buying retail on Amazon. Imagine that. Based on my overall experience I just couldn't believe that even if things were ordered they would ever ship in a timely fashion. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I had multiple problems I needed help with and their useless online chat person could never answer ANY question and would always tell me to create a support ticket. I sent in multiple tickets over the course of a few weeks and NEVER got even one response. I'm glad I only signed up for their monthly plan because when you cancel they don't refund you anything. Imagine if you paid for a year but found out it's a worthless service! Beware.

GBWholesale2b Needs To Do Better Mia was very informative on how to resolve my technical issues. So A++++ to her. Now onto the negatives: I've had nothing but issues with wholesale2b. On 4/1/2024 I tried logging into my account and due to three failed attempts it locked my account and stated that I could request a password reset. I did this several times and never received the code or link to reset password. I created a new account so I could at least talk to a representative and was informed that the representative was going to create a ticket for me. It's been over 12hrs since and haven't received any reply's or responses. So I contacted support again and was told I could create a ticket off of the newly created account and so that's what I have done. Come on Wholesale2b you need to get better communication stlyes (i.e Phone Number, Email, an actual Support Team).....
