CAThere are better business out there for dropshipping!! Very long wait times to get a web store made. Professionalism is very much lacking! Takes 12-24 hours to have someone contact you. Weekends no one is around to help. Costs add up from initial price for essential add ons. Company doesn’t seem to care to much of clients as that one problem could take weeks to resolve. How there are positive reviews is questionable since other forum platforms also mention the poor service this company offers. Seriously go with another company and save your self some grief!

GBWholesale2b Needs To Do Better Mia was very informative on how to resolve my technical issues. So A++++ to her. Now onto the negatives: I've had nothing but issues with wholesale2b. On 4/1/2024 I tried logging into my account and due to three failed attempts it locked my account and stated that I could request a password reset. I did this several times and never received the code or link to reset password. I created a new account so I could at least talk to a representative and was informed that the representative was going to create a ticket for me. It's been over 12hrs since and haven't received any reply's or responses. So I contacted support again and was told I could create a ticket off of the newly created account and so that's what I have done. Come on Wholesale2b you need to get better communication stlyes (i.e Phone Number, Email, an actual Support Team).....
