PTRestocking fees for product exchange The hat quality is good and price with fright charges, is above average, no argument on this. I ordered the XL hat and when delivered, I immediately tried the hat on and felt like it was to large. So I contacted “Lift Down” for exchange for a normal size “large” (via email). I was expecting, I would need to cover the fright charges but did not expect a restocking fee! After paying $29 for the hat and shipping charges along with a restocking fee, I decided to keep the XL hat, I ordered and never mind asking for an exchange, due to the cost of the exchange fees. I would end up with a hat closer too the $50 range, when all said and done.

GBMaking it Right Once notified of a delivery challenge, Lift Down acted within days to make it right. I have now received my hats and they are of great quality and very comfortable.

GBVery nice hats except for fit. Review of Liftdown baseball caps - I bought 6 different colors - Ease of ordering, color selection, quality, material, price, shipping - all good. But these hats don't fit my head as well as some other similar hats, these sort of pop off too easily (compared to some other similar hats). For this reason I won't order these hats again from Liftdown. I realize it's one size fits all, and the tightness is adjustable, I'm just saying that the similar hats I got from Amazon stay on my head better.

GBGamble paid off I had been looking for a plain black cap for a few months. Other places had them, but they were never quite right. Then I saw the ad from Lift Down. Looked exactly like what I wanted: plain, black, wool — like the one Logan wore in “Succession” … But how’s the quality? You never know with these instagram ads what you’re going to get, am I right? And $45 isn’t nothing. So I read the reviews, saw mostly good things and decided to go for it. And now it’s literally the best cap in my collection. Leather strap could be a bit more robust, but it’s essentially a perfect cap. Looking to add a second one, maybe a nice maroon or olive green.

GBLove your caps I very much like the idea of not displaying a brand. Your caps are awesome. They are a bit hot in the summer and I know you have a summer version. Honestly though I don’t really care for the height of the cap. A shorter top on the summer cap would be more fashionable. Additionally I would like to see a Gatsby or paper boy style cap from you guys made from the same material as the caps. They are quite popular in the northeastern states and I begun seeing them more often in the south.
