I never received my order. -

I’m glad I found Lift Down! I am blessed with a huge noggin. Caps were an impossibility for me until I found Lift Down. Those little plastic adjustable strips on the back are just a joke as far as I’m concerned. Then I ran across the Lift Down website and investigated. Sure enough you make caps that fit me with room to spare. They are very well made, comfortable and look good too! Ordering is trouble free, shipping is quick, over all a great buying experience and a very enjoyable product! I now own 6 of your caps!

All of my hats had logos - I needed a change. All of my hats have logos, etc. and I wanted something more subdued but classic. You met the match perfectly. I also like the extra large, which fitted exactly with no adjustment. After the first one arrived I immediately ordered two more (wish I'd taken a chance with the three for two offer in hindsight).

Don't be fooled I was under the impression that with my purchase of two hats, I was to receive a third one free. That didn't happen. It also appears that the hats were both manufactured and delivered from China which made for a long wait for delivery. As for quality, I would say the items are unremarkable.

Owner of several I've bought several hats and they are exactly what I was looking for - an understated, logo free hat that complements what I'm wearing. It's plain design causes you to focus on it's design, color and quality....and not feel like you're a walking billboard.
