PTRestocking fees for product exchange The hat quality is good and price with fright charges, is above average, no argument on this. I ordered the XL hat and when delivered, I immediately tried the hat on and felt like it was to large. So I contacted “Lift Down” for exchange for a normal size “large” (via email). I was expecting, I would need to cover the fright charges but did not expect a restocking fee! After paying $29 for the hat and shipping charges along with a restocking fee, I decided to keep the XL hat, I ordered and never mind asking for an exchange, due to the cost of the exchange fees. I would end up with a hat closer too the $50 range, when all said and done.

GBGreat fit and quality - fits big heads! Shipping was super quick and communications was great! Hats fit my BIG head perfectly with no adjustment. I have never had hats fit this well and they have perfect brim height so you don't look like you're wearing a top hat like other brands.

GBDon't be fooled I was under the impression that with my purchase of two hats, I was to receive a third one free. That didn't happen. It also appears that the hats were both manufactured and delivered from China which made for a long wait for delivery. As for quality, I would say the items are unremarkable.
