Great experience’s with fleek Great experience’s with fleek! Have ordered a few times now and all my goods came in perfectly! There can be a few bumps along the way but that’s expected when working with any other country like those in pakistan and india. Plus those issues get resolved by the fleek team right away. Highly recommend getting some orders in through their app!

Awful customer service Awful customer service. 2 months since ordering with them the package hasn’t arrived, have asked a dozen times for it to be cancelled and a refund made. They just repeatedly mess me around. £700 that they refuse to refund.

Watch of for this site Watch of for this site, I ordered some fila puffer jackets and fleek swapped out 50% of the items as they did not meet the grading requirements, they then proceeded to send me 4 jackets that were all damaged and not in sellable condition. I have had numerous problems trying to contact them regarding this matter. They claim to do a rigorous once over of your items before they are sent which I can assure you they don't!

I had an amazing experience using… I had an amazing experience using fleek. I loved how high quality the products and picks were, as well as the on demand customer service. There’s so many aspects to the app, I love that you can video call and do live picks with vendors. I love how shipping is included in the price. All in all, I’d recommend fleek.

It’s actually laughable reading through… It’s actually laughable reading through the good reviews as they are obviously fake. I would steer well clear of this company…. Cancelled my order then didn’t respond to any emails regarding my refund for 2 weeks. I still haven’t received a refund after almost a month. Absolute joke of a company that don’t get their suppliers vetted at all, the whole app is full of fakes and items that have already sold. They have a quality check team that aren’t educated in how to check the authenticity of items and also pass items that are blatantly grade C for grade A. The only plus side is as you pay via debit or credit you can issue a chargeback with your bank to get your money back. Don’t waste your money on this overpriced scam
