Unsatisfactory Experience with Fleek Order and Customer Service I placed an order on Fleek on January 22 after reading in their terms and conditions that delivery to Europe would take 14 days. On February 18, I returned to my home country, so I was unable to receive the parcel and I didn't have anyone trustworthy who could receive it on my behalf. On February 20, the order finally arrived, almost a month after I placed it. I contacted Fleek to explain that I couldn't receive the order as I was no longer in France and didn't know when I could return. I asked if it was possible to return the order because I had ordered products for winter, assuming that delivery would take 14 days, but unfortunately, it took a whole month. Today, I continue to contact Fleek to get information about the refund, but nobody responds! I don't know if they have cheated me or what. The customer service is completely useless.

I mean the app is alright I mean the app is alright, sellers on fleek charge way to much for anything to be worth it unless your a big creator and can flip them for ridiculous prices. I’ve found only two good sellers that actually sold items to me for a good price so good-luck.

Fleek is a marketplace not seller I've made multiple orders on the fleek marketplace from multiple different suppliers, I've had some really bad and some really good. My first order was adidas hoodies from Pakistan.. more than 50% were fake but after explaining to fleek, i get refunded for the fakes. 2nd time i tried to order jeans a grade and they were amazing! i still order from this supplier every month and not just jeans, i try many of their products 3rd time i try to buy designer lv and the package never arrived, seller tried to lie. Fleek refund me My honest feedback: I do believe fleek needs to add better feedback system for suppliers, when i have bad experience the vendor will not give me review link because obviously i would give bad review. so despite some sellers 100 percent selling fakes on purpose, their reviews are still high, this should not be allowed, you should get review link built in. Fleek customer service will listen to you and side with you if you have evidence, customer support is very slow tho A BIG thing is, why is the video quality so BAD? yes, sellers might provide a video of items but it looks like its in the lowest resolution posible, you cannot see holes, stains, authenticity ect, please provide better videos, this will reduce return/refund because buyers can see better what they are buying I understand fleek is marketplace, not seller. my advice for people is to understand, you may have to make multiple orders with multiple sellers to find a good one, if sellers lie about quality of authentic products, fleek will have your back, if order goes well you use this seller again and again. I love fleek, please improve by getting rid of scam sellers
