FRUnsatisfactory Experience with Fleek Order and Customer Service I placed an order on Fleek on January 22 after reading in their terms and conditions that delivery to Europe would take 14 days. On February 18, I returned to my home country, so I was unable to receive the parcel and I didn't have anyone trustworthy who could receive it on my behalf. On February 20, the order finally arrived, almost a month after I placed it. I contacted Fleek to explain that I couldn't receive the order as I was no longer in France and didn't know when I could return. I asked if it was possible to return the order because I had ordered products for winter, assuming that delivery would take 14 days, but unfortunately, it took a whole month. Today, I continue to contact Fleek to get information about the refund, but nobody responds! I don't know if they have cheated me or what. The customer service is completely useless.

GBIt’s actually laughable reading through… It’s actually laughable reading through the good reviews as they are obviously fake. I would steer well clear of this company…. Cancelled my order then didn’t respond to any emails regarding my refund for 2 weeks. I still haven’t received a refund after almost a month. Absolute joke of a company that don’t get their suppliers vetted at all, the whole app is full of fakes and items that have already sold. They have a quality check team that aren’t educated in how to check the authenticity of items and also pass items that are blatantly grade C for grade A. The only plus side is as you pay via debit or credit you can issue a chargeback with your bank to get your money back. Don’t waste your money on this overpriced scam

GBNothing delivered? I have used fleek for a while now but I recently placed an order and I have had no updates from Fleek. I have Emailed multiple times and still haven’t heard anything back. The seller is also very unhelpful and just blames fleek for the delays. I don’t think I’ll be getting my items or money back… shop carefully.

CAI mean the app is alright I mean the app is alright, sellers on fleek charge way to much for anything to be worth it unless your a big creator and can flip them for ridiculous prices. I’ve found only two good sellers that actually sold items to me for a good price so good-luck.
