GBNOT HAPPY AT ALL WASTE OF MONEY Ordered the L200 new launch which cost me a lot of money, safe to say this is not a real company they’re based In china that sell fake knock off versions of the real company Liectroux robotic vacuums. So when I received mine I set it up as the manual said but encountered some problems straight away. It doesn’t pick up anything even if you have it on the highest suction setting, it bumps into everything, with the one I purchased it had a mop feature for hard floor, there isn’t a setting on the app to turn it off when it’s cleaning your carpet so it’s spraying water all over my carpet making it wet. It struggles to find its way back to the charging station if and when it does it struggles to get its self on the charging point meaning that I have to manually put it in the charger. Loses battery far to quick charged it to 100% within 5-10 mins of using it battery had went down by atleast 25%. I have requested a refund but from these other reviews it looks like I won’t get one so I’m now -£218. Please people read the reviews first learn from my mistake DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY

NOFraud company Fraud company. The robot vacuum cleaner simply does not work. Does not take return the item. Instead the company os offering me to accept 5-10% of the original price and keep the product. Keep away. I am considering other legal options to deal with this fraudulent company. Update: asked my credit card company to block the payment to this fraudulent company. Which they did and I got the refund.

NODo not buy from litroux Do not buy vacuum cleaner from litroux.com (in my case from litroux.no). We received the vacuum cleaner that had defects and we never managed to get decent reply from customer support. Not even discussing about being able to return it. Sad.

GBThis Company appears to be a scam This Company appears to be a scam. I received my cleaner and set it up it found it difficult to navigate around a very simple open plan area and was constantly getting stuck in corners and didn't pick much up. I have since tried contacting the company 5 times 3 emails bounced back saying it was blocked the others have gone unanswered. I have come to the conclusion it is a complete con and will be contacting trading standards

GBScam scam scam Scam scam scam - very clever though, if you look everything about them is off. Reviews are fake, blogs are fake, I think the business plan is to sell you a vacuum cleaner and then when you cancel as I did within 2 mins of ordering - they charged me £28.20 for the refund? Complaining to the bank. Steer clear folks.
