Jag får ingen returadress, inget telefonnummer att ringa till. Grymt besviken. Urdålig service. Jag har förlorat pengarna. It's the absolute worst thing I've ever been through! Do not buy from this company. It's just a scam. After 2 months the product does not work. I get no return address, and no phone number to call. Disappointed. Terrible service. I have lost the money.

Scam My mum ordered on a whim but on same day she cancelled as my brother recommended a different one. Customer service said it was already shipped so we could not do anything until the order was received. Once order was received, we emailed for a refund (as per 14 day policy) to be told, as other review mention: 1. you have to return product yourself to China and bear shipping costs 2. After successful return, they will deduct relevant customs fee as well as 15% of the return fee 3. If product damaged in return process, it will not be returned 4. Return policy states return address must be provided by us. If you want a full refund, you will need to return the item and pay for the shipping costs, as well as customs duties. Returning the item form your location will cost a lot of money and time. They offered a 3% refund to keep the parcel. --- Absolute joke.

This Company appears to be a scam This Company appears to be a scam. I received my cleaner and set it up it found it difficult to navigate around a very simple open plan area and was constantly getting stuck in corners and didn't pick much up. I have since tried contacting the company 5 times 3 emails bounced back saying it was blocked the others have gone unanswered. I have come to the conclusion it is a complete con and will be contacting trading standards

It’s a scam ! It’s a scam! Don’t buy . I realised it after seeing reviews on trust pilot . I contacted my bank to block my card straight away , but the money was already taken out .
