Responsive and Helpful Ashley was fast to respond and besides just answering basic questions sent me screenshots of how to / where to go. As a newer user this is really helpful.

at LevelSet the people are the best I have chatted and called Levelset over the fast fue days beginning with March 4, 2024. EVERYONE had been helpful and kind. I have been uncertain about the path and what I needed to contribute to the process but all were very kind and gave great direction. I usually dread the chat function but my experience with Levelset chat has renewed my faith in customer service in general. Thanks to all!

I chatted with Derek today and he went above and beyond what most people seem to do, he actually went through the steps to try something for me instead of just explaining to me what I should do. It was very nice of him and I sincerely appreciate it. (When I say "most people" I mean those other companies that put you through the ringer and tell you to re-do what you've already been doing, after you explain its not working) Oh!, and I recommended Levelset to a company friend who just started a business!
