customer service After talking to customer service for the last 12 hours we finally got the issue resolved. They are now sending the the products I ordered out to me. Customer service was pretty quick to get back to me, I understand things gets screwed up from time to time as I myself own a business but they did right by me. I look forward to getting these bands in the mail and putting them to use. Thank you again!

Best resistance kit ever... I was looking for a product exactly like this, I actually started cutting resistance bands in an effort to replicate this very items. This product quality is 1000 Xs that of an basic band, it is solid and while I only have just one yet, the resistance seems right. I can't wait until my next one or when I can get the whole set. Love this piece of kit.

Excellent customer service! Haven't received the band I ordered yet due to some mishaps but they've nailed the customer service and have the correct band in route. I've already tried out the band that was sent by mistake (and they let me keep for free) so I know I'm going to love the heavy version when it arrives. I highly recommend.

And the support team was extremely helpful after I forgot to enter a promo code upon order placement. I'm receiving my bands today, and have not been more excited about any other equipment.

I love these bands because I can take… I love these bands because I can take them anywhere with me and they provide a great burn / pump of a workout. I can also train specific grappling movements to improve my strength and stamina. I am going to purchase the next level up in resistance. I can trail run with these bands in the back pack they come in until I find an area to secure them on, have a 5 minute blitz workout and continue with my run.
