Great addition to my routine I stumbled on Dopamineo through Instagram, probably because I follow a good amount of wrestling news accounts. I'd been looking for a good way to work in some more multi-planar training to my routine and get back some of the dynamic movement that felt like I'd been missing. I ordered the blue Dopamineo kit based on my weight. I'm really happy with it so far. Good balance of resistance and mobility with a dose of cardio. I'm excited to keep integrating it into my training sessions and for traveling.

My new favorite training tool My new favorite training tool. Have used it for the last 4 weeks, consistently, 6 days a week, to supplement my grappling and strength training. My grip strength and endurance have improved during my wrestling and BJJ training sessions. The bands are well-made and sturdy. I have snapped other bands… doubt that will happen here.
