The quality of the product is very good and the customer service but I don’t like is when I order something on line and they don’t send those pieces to me. I do bcz appear are in stock but I can’t understand why they don’t send me those pieces.

We have ordered a few times and had no… We have ordered a few times and had no problems until this recent order. Several chains were purchased as rhodium plated and they were not. There is a 25% restocking fee and it wasn’t worth returning.

Definitely Recommended I have ordered about 3 or 4 times and have not had any issues. I occasionally don't get some orders due to no stock even when the website said it was in stock but I am not charged for it so it is not a big issue. I hope for variety options to expand but there is a good variety of options as is. I will continue to order from Silver Palace and would definitely recommend them.
