They are always very nice and helpful. The prices are competitive, terms are available on approved credit. Their deliveries are super fast. We purchase about twice every month. If our orders are small they ship the same day. If they are large, about US$ 8,000 or larger they ship the next business day. Their main strengths are the quality of the products (in over 10 years of business we didn't have to send anything back) and the extremely variety of the products and options. Recently, they introduced a 14kt gold earring line and add new items all the time. Hopefully they'll get into gold pendants, sets, rings, chains, etc... GBThe Silver Palace has a great… The Silver Palace has a great assortment of silver earrings pendants bracelets rings chains of all different types and sizes. I have shopped there for several years and in the time the owner Armen has been very kind and helpful. The staff is friendly and the prices are competitive. I would like to see a little bit more accommodation on the prices especially on there items that are not in high demand.
