They are always very nice and helpful. The prices are competitive, terms are available on approved credit. Their deliveries are super fast. We purchase about twice every month. If our orders are small they ship the same day. If they are large, about US$ 8,000 or larger they ship the next business day. Their main strengths are the quality of the products (in over 10 years of business we didn't have to send anything back) and the extremely variety of the products and options. Recently, they introduced a 14kt gold earring line and add new items all the time. Hopefully they'll get into gold pendants, sets, rings, chains, etc... If you buy Silver, I strongly recommend Silver Palace, a very reliable company.
