GBWe purchased these for our restaurant I decided to change my review after failing to get the support needed for two defective pieces. Suddenly no one calls back. No one follows through. And no one takes responsibility to fix the issue. After several weeks of calling, we will be one table short for opening day with no resolution in sight. Very disappointed. ------- We purchased these for our restaurant: Taste Community Restaurant. They worked great and went together easily. The customer service team was absolutely fantastic and helped us get exactly what we needed. My only complaint was the delivery driver didn't call ahead as promised. Our construction team had to stop working to unload the truck (not an easy task for these--you need lots of manpower--they are heavy).

GBWe received our tables and chairs 4… We received our tables and chairs 4 days late, after one of our pallets was lost at the San Leandro Shipping Terminal. When our delivery finally did arrive, one of our chairs was significantly damaged, and we had to order a new one. I think much of this was under management by the shipping company Ward TLC, but I think Superior could take more ownership of their products as they are en route to the customer. I had countless people over a four day span tell me they would call/email me back, but no one ever did until the very end of the process. Just poor follow up and project management. The chairs do look great outside our restaurant, but the service was poor, and it took more effort and follow through on our end to actually receive the chairs. If we hadn't been so pushy, who knows what might have happened.
