CASo far so good So far so good. We had a few bumps on the road, but thanks to our sales rep Judy, things have been pretty smooth so far. There is definitely room for improvement in a lot of areas, but overall experience has been fine thus far. Things that I would look into improving right away would be better quality for some of the products, more attention to detail with the private label application, faster processing times and shipping and better troubleshooting with customers.

GBUpdate!! Items still not received. Today is June 26, 2021, my customers placed orders on June 4, 2021. Fondmart stated that they shipped my customers items on June 15,2021. I paid extra to have it shipped via USPS, which the agent told me was the fastest. To date, my customers have received NOTHING. Fondmart told me that their system shows that the packages have been "delivered", but the "tracking number" provided says it's still in transit. SELLER BEWARE. Extremely bad for business, and all they do is provide EXCUSE after EXCUSE after EXCUSE.

GBRUN! DO NOT USE YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED Messed up on my very first 2 orders so I deleted them immediately. They allow manufacturers who won’t ship the products on their platform to sell and it’s so unfair to us who trusted fondmart. Zona said she kept calling the manufacturer but they wouldn’t pick up …..???? Very unprofessional and unorganized.
