Shipping is made quick and if an item is out of stock, Cara will notify me asap and help me with alternatives wether it is a refund or select another item. Cara has kept me up to date with catalogues. I have not had any issue's I genuinely like their quality of clothing then 'the rest'.

I love Fondmart I love Fondmart. Alice is super helpful. However, my only problem is the products here are same with Shein which is make my customer comparing to it. Even Fondmart is cheap the shipping took long and costly if you doesn't pay for express shipping it will take 20-25 days depend on the location. While Shein is cheap also and have points were you can have big discounts on the final price when you checkout plus the shipping is very fast. Anyway, thanks Fondmart!

I have been contacting with sales… I have been contacting with sales manager Miss Zona, and honestly she is very professional, polite, responsive and very helpful. She has been following up with me since the first time I asked for help and she helped me a lot on making an order which made my experience on the website very easy. She is the best sales manager ♥️

So far so good So far so good. We had a few bumps on the road, but thanks to our sales rep Judy, things have been pretty smooth so far. There is definitely room for improvement in a lot of areas, but overall experience has been fine thus far. Things that I would look into improving right away would be better quality for some of the products, more attention to detail with the private label application, faster processing times and shipping and better troubleshooting with customers.
