GBPoor communications options for customers trying to complete an order I tried for several days to complete an order. There was some kind of problem with the payment - my bank allowed the charge but Nuline kept putting the money back in my bank account and telling me there was a problem with the payment. I attempted to email, use the live chat, and fill in a help form but never heard from anyone at Nuline. Finally I backed out and tried again with a different payment source, not one I wanted to use. Very poor communications options for customers trying to deal with a problem.

GBItem took forever to be delivered Item took forever to be delivered, over two weeks. Which when you need baby formula is far too long. There should be more clarity when placing an order on how long it’s going to take rather than informing once you’ve already paid.
