AUI purchased items on-line I purchased items on-line, which unfortunately included incorrect shipping fees which they debited my credit card account. They then went to ask for additional fees so I cancelled the order within days of my original purchase. They have made no effort to credit my card back and are now refusing to reply to my communications. Very poor customer experience. Do not buy from them!!

GBMy brother heard about this site and… My brother heard about this site and wanted a hoodie from one of their collection for his birthday. The delivery was just on time to be used as a surprise package for his birthday. I am anticipating the expression on his face when he sees it.

GBStarted shaky. Ended SOLID. Placed an order 2 months ago and still haven't received my shoes. I received a tracking number but it still has no delivery date. No one is responding to my messages. I have received no communication whatsoever from anyone. EDIT: Soon after, I was able to get in contact with customer service and the owner, G. Martin, directly communicated with me. Understandably, their were things beyond anyone's control that caused the delay and once that was communicated to me, I understood and was able to get a full refund. Because of the prompt service and maturation in which this was handled, I changed my review from 1 to 4 stars. 4 stars only because of the timetable but again I am willing to give 21 Exclusive Brand another chance. I have done business with them before and it was great. This time was just concerning but again, there were factors beyond anyone's control. The owner is a stand up guy, and I have the utmost respect for him and his business.
