Horrible experience Ordered a shirt, in Jan, shirt was on back order til Feb. Was told they didn't have my shirt and would give me 2 shirts of my choice. Was then told they were going to send out my shirts and was given a tracking number but it was only a label, nothing was ever sent. Tried contacting for over a month and got no response, finally when I talked about getting the BBB involved they canceled the order. Very unhappy with their shakey communication and false promises, I would not recommend this place.

The shoes fit perfect and is in great quality. Will buy from 21 exclusive brand again . I will be placing a new order for more items as soon as possible. This company is solid and I am happy to be a long term customer.

I purchased items on-line I purchased items on-line, which unfortunately included incorrect shipping fees which they debited my credit card account. They then went to ask for additional fees so I cancelled the order within days of my original purchase. They have made no effort to credit my card back and are now refusing to reply to my communications. Very poor customer experience. Do not buy from them!!
