AUI purchased items on-line I purchased items on-line, which unfortunately included incorrect shipping fees which they debited my credit card account. They then went to ask for additional fees so I cancelled the order within days of my original purchase. They have made no effort to credit my card back and are now refusing to reply to my communications. Very poor customer experience. Do not buy from them!!

The shoes fit perfect and is in great quality. Will buy from 21 exclusive brand again . I will be placing a new order for more items as soon as possible.
