Well , like most everyone else that has searched the internet to see if 21 Exclusive Brand was legit, I too was also skeptical simply because there was only 1 review available to reassure people that they are indeed a real company with real products and services. After speaking with my dedicated account manager D Morgan , I can honestly say that I will be patronizing this company moving forward. Mr. Morgan’s professionalism , follow ups and personal touch points has made this entire transaction and purchase that much more positive. The shoes arrived in accordance with their policies and terms and were in pristine condition. The shoes are also 1000% authentic and original . The packaging was also very durable and like I said , I can’t wait to purchase more products from them. Anyone hesitating to pull the trigger, DONT !! You won’t be disappointed and you have a similar experience to my own , I guarantee it !!

AUI purchased items on-line I purchased items on-line, which unfortunately included incorrect shipping fees which they debited my credit card account. They then went to ask for additional fees so I cancelled the order within days of my original purchase. They have made no effort to credit my card back and are now refusing to reply to my communications. Very poor customer experience. Do not buy from them!!

GBStarted shaky. Ended SOLID. Placed an order 2 months ago and still haven't received my shoes. I received a tracking number but it still has no delivery date. No one is responding to my messages. I have received no communication whatsoever from anyone. EDIT: Soon after, I was able to get in contact with customer service and the owner, G. Martin, directly communicated with me. Understandably, their were things beyond anyone's control that caused the delay and once that was communicated to me, I understood and was able to get a full refund. Because of the prompt service and maturation in which this was handled, I changed my review from 1 to 4 stars. 4 stars only because of the timetable but again I am willing to give 21 Exclusive Brand another chance. I have done business with them before and it was great. This time was just concerning but again, there were factors beyond anyone's control. The owner is a stand up guy, and I have the utmost respect for him and his business.

GBHorrible experience Ordered a shirt, in Jan, shirt was on back order til Feb. Was told they didn't have my shirt and would give me 2 shirts of my choice. Was then told they were going to send out my shirts and was given a tracking number but it was only a label, nothing was ever sent. Tried contacting for over a month and got no response, finally when I talked about getting the BBB involved they canceled the order. Very unhappy with their shakey communication and false promises, I would not recommend this place.
