BEAUTIFUL I ordered flowers from the United Kingdom for a friend in the suburbs of Chicago. The flowers arrived well on time. Some online florists bouquets do not look anything like the online photo and often you end up with something substandard, BUT Phillip’s flowers were BEAUTIFUL and you could tell someone had cared when arranging it! For that reason, the person helping me said I would not know what the flower arrangement would look like ahead of time, because what would be delivered depends on what is available at the local out-of-state store. All I could get was a general description of the arrangement. What I asked for was green foliage and also some blooming flowers in a basket (preferably brown or white in color). The arrangement was delivered very early on the day I requested. Fortunately, the recipient liked the arrangement.
