WOW - Amazing reception at Steampunk Pool Party. WOW. The steampunk 3 piece outfit was a huge success. I received numerous compliments. The outfit was perfect for our steampunk pool party. We ordered Christmas Sweaters from them… We ordered Christmas Sweaters from them early November and was very specific that we needed them for a Holiday Party on 12/15. It took them over a month to ship and we did not even get them until 12/21. We reached out numerous times in December and they kept saying we will get in time. After 12/15 we cancelled the order and had nothing but bad customer service and then they basically said, sorry no refunds or returns after the items are delivered. Horrible service, horrible product. Buyer beware.

Scam Attempted to look around for information on this site and what I saw seemed positive. But, I should have known better. In true scam fashion, they've sent me tracking updates, but after 3 weeks it's "still waiting in Jamaica NY". I should have known it was a SCAM.
